The Green Room Sri Lanka is a corner room and the most private at Templeberg villa Galle. It is a versatile space overlooking our rear internal garden courtyard.
Green Room configuration
The Green Room Sri Lanka can be made up as an oversized Queen Room perfect for a couple or is large enough to sleep parents and a toddler or two friends travelling as singles with ample space to move around. Given it’s next door proximity to our Navy Room Sri Lanka, the Green Room can also be used by parents who choose to take the Navy room. This makes for a great set-up for families.

Green Room interiors
Mosquito nets, ceiling fans and Dutch antiques create a welcoming space in the Green Room. In room wifi keeps you connected with the outside world. A walk through private ensuite has western bathroom amenities fitted with a well equipped bathroom. Period antiques make this an ideal Colonial Queen Villa hotel room.
Green Room exteriors
The Green Room aims to make the most of our lawn and jungle views. It seeks to be in harmony with nature and is decorated in accents of green shades. The room catches the afternoon sun and the steps in front of the room are great to sit on and sip a cup of Sri Lankan tea.
It is possible to admire many indigenous and migratory birds which frequent Templeberg’s gardens. The garden is a meeting place for kingfishers, golden orioles and monkeys.
Price per night to rent the Green Room Sri Lanka:
Monday – Thursday: $110 USD
Friday – Sunday: $120 USD
Price per night for the green room sri lanka off-season (September 1st – October 31 & May 1st – June 3oth):
Monday – Sunday: $100USD
Payments made via international bank transfer and PayPal incur commission fees that are forfeit in the event of a cancellation. Reversals may result in an additional charge equivalent to or greater than the original fee depending on bank fees.
A fee equal to the deposit and any costs associated with re-crediting of accounts; payment reversals and currency transfers is deductible.
