Templeberg Villa prides itself on serving good honest Sri Lankan food and international cuisine in a laid back and comfortable indoor outdoor garden setting.
Our resident cook Tricksey serves up ever changing daily serves of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tricksey’s meals heavily feature foods from our garden, including jackfruit, ochre, eggplants and traditional Sinhala herbs. She loves feeding people the very best Sri Lankan food.
We also celebrate the coconut grown from our plantation – from the King Coconut known for its health properties to our authentic Sri Lankan coconut based dishes.
We also dish up fresh seafood, chicken and vegetarian curries, coconut sambal buffalo curd and treacle and variations of hoppers.
All of our fresh vegetables and fruits and natural products if not sourced from our 5 acre plantation and garden are collected from our nearby Kuduruduwa village or the Galle Fresh Fruit and Vegetable market. Our eggs are free range and collected from the communal village hens which form part of our village collective.
We are one of a handful of private villas in Galle that offer all inclusive food and accommodation options. This means you can pay for your accommodation and all meal costs at the time of booking. Our lunch or evening meal included options start at just $15USD per person.
